I develop my own recipes with the emphasis on seasonal foods and high nutritional value. This winning combination promotes overall well-being including increased energy, improved clarity of thought and mental focus and more restful, restorative sleep.
I have many years’ experience of working with individual clients and families, running workshops and also commercially with food manufacturers on a much larger scale.
It is this unique, broad experience that enables me to work successfully with my clients in a focused way, often changing their lives forever.
I studied Nutrition for 3 years at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London.
I am a member of the following Nutrition and Health Associations and regularly update my knowledge through Continuous Professional Development.
